The hotel is located in the semi-pedestrianised cafe zone of the Grassmarket, in the shadow of Edinburgh Castle and at the very hub of Edinburgh’s "Old Town" in the heart of city centre shopping, entertainment and nightlife.

All of the 175 large and airy bedrooms have an en suite bathroom and excellent facilities. Contemporary in design and furnishings, many also have fantastic views of Edinburgh Castle.

For breathtaking views and mouth-watering contemporary Scottish cuisine are available on the rooftop at The Heights restaurant or relax in the Metro Brassiere.
